Where do I find the details and sizes of each product?
Each product page shows the available sizes, the current price of each and the details we publish. You can see everything in the store.
What shipping options are there?
Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout and depend on your address and the method you choose. Orders over $120 USD ship free, and the New Skin Protocol 90 always ships free. Orders are usually processed in 1 to 2 business days. See our shipping policy.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with the tracking information. Tracking may take 24 to 48 hours to update after the label is created. If you have an account, you can also see your orders there.
How long should I use the serum?
The recommended use is consistently for 90 days, morning and night. That's why we have the New Skin Protocol 90, with 3 bottles and follow-up photos.
What's your return policy?
You can return any unopened product within 60 days of delivery: you send it to the address we give you and return shipping is on you. See the return policy. Pepfine serum also has the Double Guarantee. If something arrives damaged, wrong or missing, write to us within 48 hours of delivery.
