- Skin quiz: your email and the option you choose in «What bothers you most about your skin?». It's a cosmetic preference we use to recommend products; it's not a diagnosis and we don't ask for medical information.
- WhatsApp support: the messages and follow-up photos you choose to send us (days 1, 20, 40, 60 and 90), only to follow up with you and review the Double Guarantee.
- Browsing data: IP address, device, pages viewed, and what the cookies and pixels described below record.
Photos of your skin and what you tell us about it may be considered sensitive personal data. We only process them with your express consent, which you give by sending them; you are never required to provide them, and we never publish them without your written permission.
